My experience at the Visalia location was great. The Medical Assistant in the back who took my vitals, I believe her name was Jennifer, she was very nice and had a great smile. She even took me on a tour of the facility since it had just opened. The facility is beautiful I was surprised by how big it is inside. The provider Jessica was really good, she took care of all of my concerns at my visit. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my visits in the future.

I think this newest addition to Visalia health care is amazing. The front staff is friendly and inviting . My whole experience was non stressful. As soon as you walk in the door , you are greeted with smiling faces and the facility is not sterile and cold. My MA was sweet and professional, and friendly. My Provider took her time and went over all of my concerns . We all have had bad experiences where we have felt “ rushed “ through a Drs visit. I felt listened to and like I was genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be spreading the word about this new facility.

Dr Tan in the dental department is amazing. Kind, she listens to you and respects your wishes. I have a lot of trouble with other dentists, Dr Tan is amazing! Ten stars

I recently just switched myself, husband and our kids from a different medical facility and absolutely love this facility. They are soo accommodating and already know us as patients. We see medical and dental and I am so glad I made our switch. All of our concerns and needs are met with great care, and both sides go above and beyond to provide the care we need. The girls up front Sandy, Olivia, Daisy, Elizabeth and Avalina, are so welcoming and full of joy each time we come in. I absolutely love coming here, it makes Dr visits so much less stressful.

I’m so happy that I made the decision to switch DRs. Offices from FHCN to United Health Care (Mooney, Visalia location) not only for me but for my kids as well. I go here for my health and dental needs. The receptionist, DRs and MAs are so professional, fast, knowledgeable & friendly, the lobby and bathrooms and patient rooms are super clean. You can tell that here they actually genuinely care for the patients and it’s not jus about the money for them, best decision I’ve ever made !!!! I Love it here ! Highly recommend !!!!

I give this Visalia United Health Centers Facility a 10 star review. There was no 10 star option and decided to customize my review. I came to complete my teeth cleaning with the Dental Department. I was helped by front reception, Sandy and Olivia. Both went above and beyond to helping me with check in process and scheduling my next appointment. Dr Tan and the dental assistants were amazing. Great service overall. Thanks for your service and satisfaction.

Chiropractor, Dr. Croft. Excellent practitioner. Great bedside manner. He is genuinely caring and warm, but also skilled. He is young and not a big guy physically, but do not underestimate his ability. My husband and I followed him from another office, and we are so glad that we did. We always walk out of his office feeling better than we did walking in. Their offices also accept Medicare. You receive consistently excellent chiropractic care from Dr. Croft covered by your Medicare insurance.

Dental appointments often have a reputation for being, at best, mildly uncomfortable and, at worst, downright terrifying. However, my recent first-time dental visit here at UHC shattered all my preconceived notions. It was, in fact, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any anxieties I had. The entire team exuded a genuine care for my comfort and well-being. The dentist Dr. Tan was equally impressive. She took the time to explain every procedure in detail, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. She also communicated with me throughout the entire appointment, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. This level of communication and transparency was incredibly reassuring, especially for a first-time patient. Beyond the technical expertise, it was the exceptional customer service that truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease. They provided clear instructions for aftercare and were readily available to answer any follow-up questions. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness created a positive and relaxing environment, which made the entire experience far more enjoyable than I had anticipated.

Since I started to go to UHC when my hubby and I got Covid in 2020, I am happy to say, I have had nothing but great experiences at all the locations I have been scheduled at. From regular check ups, knee injury, foot injury, referrals to Chiropractic care. I regularly go to the Visalia and Dinuba locations. The excellent customer service from the receptionist, several Drs I have had to visit, Lab Corp to x-ray techs. There attentiveness at every appointment has been great. They have been good to me and take very good care of me. Gives me PEACE of Mind to know I am in Good Hands. Even when I have reached out on my portal, I always receive a quick response. I am a VERY HAPPY Satisfied patient. I am here for the long haul. Thank you UHC for your awesome Work. I truly appreciate you all. Mary Nellie :)
